Sincere thanks to our sponsors, tournament participants, volunteers and the golf committee for making the 9th annual golf tournament a splendid success. The event day weather was perfect as over 200 golfers took on the Nobleton Lakes Golf Club courses. After dinner presentations included a special tribute to Alejandra Madrid of SCW Honduras, award of a Patron certificate to Norm Grey-Noble for his outstanding contributions as President from 2011 to 2016 and an inspiring video of our most recent trip to Honduras. Over $100,000 was raised in support of children in need of schools.

On Thursday September 15th, 2016, Schools for the children of the World Canada held its Annual Charity Golf Tournament at the Nobleton Lakes Golf Club.
7th Annual SCW Canada Golf Tournament
This event raised a record $131,919.19 bring the seven year golf tournament fund raising total to over $800,000!
